Privacy policy
Effective September 5, 2026. This policy applies specifically to Tinker Roll: Kids STEM Puzzles, published by No Worries! Lifestyle, LLC. It controls for Tinker Roll if a general company policy says something different.
Tinker Roll does not send your child's gameplay data to us. The game has no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, account system, chat, or developer-operated game backend. It does not ask for a child's name, email address, photos, voice recordings, contacts, or location.
Information kept on the device
The app stores level progress, stars, unlocked worlds, Tinker Lab creations, chosen costumes, whether the one-time rating prompt has been answered, and sound or motion preferences in a single local progress file in its app storage. It also stores purchase-access information received from Apple so it can determine whether optional paid content is available.
The game does not provide its own cloud save or cross-device progress sync. Your device's operating system may include app data in backups according to your Apple settings. Deleting the app removes its local app data from the device; separately stored device backups are managed through Apple.
Purchases and subscriptions
Apple processes optional purchases and subscriptions through the App Store. The app receives Apple's verified transaction and entitlement information to provide paid access. We do not receive payment-card details. Apple may provide the developer with App Store sales and financial reports under its own terms. Purchase, restoration, and subscription-management requests may require internet access.
Apple's handling of App Store information is described in Apple's privacy policy. The game itself can be played offline.
Children's privacy and parent controls
Tinker Roll is designed for young children with grown-up support. Purchases, restore, subscription management, and external links are placed behind the grown-up arithmetic gate. The optional App Store rating request is a single system-controlled prompt; choosing Not now dismisses it permanently. We do not use gameplay information for advertising or track children across apps or websites. The app does not connect players to other people.
When a parent contacts support
If you email us, we receive the sender's email address and anything included in the message. We use that information to answer the request and handle related support records. Please contact us as a parent or guardian and avoid sending children's names, photos, voice recordings, exact locations, or other sensitive information.
Support messages may be handled by our email provider. We keep correspondence only as needed to address the request and maintain required business records. You may ask us to delete information you sent by contacting the address below. We may retain information when required by law.
This support website
These pages do not include analytics scripts, advertising, account forms, or tracking cookies. The website host may process ordinary request information, such as an IP address, to deliver and secure the pages. Following an external link opens a service governed by its own privacy policy.
